Ray is just amazing because we closed on a house in a hot market where we were competing against multiple offers (10+). What we really appreciate about Ray is that he’s quick to respond to our text messages and emails about any questions we have. Don’t be surprised when he returns your text or email at 8pm at night or 7am in the morning. Not that we expect that kind of response but it shows how Ray is dedicated to make progress in our home search. He’s a great coach when making offers and isn’t pushy. We always felt like we had the final say or decision in our offers or what we want to see. Ray also keeps us encouraged whenever an offer falls through and helps us focused on to keep looking. Ray is a very hardworking, friendly, and helpful professional and we highly recommend working with him if you’re trying to purchase a home in the Bay Area!
